Skriptura SH.P.K. was founded in December 2023 by Rigon Paçarizi and Argjenta Gashi — two people who believe that most businesses are still running on processes that technology could have solved years ago.

Our philosophy is simple: digitalize your current processes, minimize human errors, and make your work life easier. We don't build software for the sake of building software. We build it because the problem is real and the solution should be solid.

We are registered in Kosovo and primarily serve local and regional clients, though our work has reached clients in the US and beyond. We cover the full stack — design, development, hosting, and ongoing support.
